Hampton Inn Frankfort

I had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn. The hotel was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable, especially the pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep. The towels were soft and thick, not the scratchy kind you sometimes find at other hotels. Another big plus was the convenient location, close to most of the Capitol buildings where I had meetings. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I stayed at your hotel and it was wonderful the night guy at the front desk was simply amazing he was patient with us we had issues with our keys and he came up to make sure the keys worked and just really went above and beyond to make sure we situated safe and comfortable at that hour of the night his name was Darryl and I really wanted to give him a special review because he really gave us five star service and he just was nice hospitable gentleman he made the check in so good asked me if needed anything what type of room I wanted all hotels need a darryl

Rooms were immaculate. Quiet and peaceful. Beds were super comfy. The breakfast is great and staff was very kind and friendly

We were driving from Oklahoma city and stopped here to rest for the night. We checked in remotely from the app, so we were able to just grab our bags and walk straight to our room when we arrived around 5:30am. The bed was very comfortable. When we checked out in the morning we had some leftovers we wanted to heat up thinking they had a microwave in the lobby area and they didn't. Kayleigh at the front desk offered us not only plates and forks, but to heat up our food in their personal microwave for us. The small gesture went above and beyond our expectations. She was extremely kind and the interaction made our experience at this location even more memorable. Would highly recommend staying here.

The check-in was super easy, and I got to pick my room! I tried to check in on the app, but the app wanted my personal credit card for incidentals, although it was an employer paid room. I called to ask about that, and the staff told me that I didn't have to place a credit card on file for business accounts and reserved the room I wanted. Thank you to the staff for that, because I really loved the room! This hotel recently underwent a full remodel in May, and I give 5 stars just for the great remodel. But this room also had a microwave and mini fridge that were located on the left and center of the entertainment center. Full warning, all the mattresses are brand new and very firm. If you love a firm mattress, you'll love these. I need a soft mattress myself, so it was difficult for me to get comfortable. Also, the AC was on point. I usually keep my AC on Arctic cold, but I actually had to turn the air up before I went to bed! The breakfast offered was amazing. They have a significant number of choices. I also noticed that they had printed maps of Frankfort and tourist brochures at the front desk. I loved that and even saw some things I'd like to see even though I'm a native Kentuckian. I had a great stay, and I would gladly stay again on my next business trip!

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff here are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I stay here with my adult daughter who has a cognitive disability and staff could not be nicer.

Pretty nice experience overall with one exception...we stayed two nites but they didn't service our room after the first nite. If that was their policy there was no indication when we booked it or checked in.

Great place to stay. Its very quiet and the room is very comfortable. I felt very safe here. There is plenty of parking spots. The location is a little out of the way but, does have a lot of places to eat in the area. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in town.
